The all-layer sampler with open inner tube is the ideal sampler for taking all-layer or mixed samples of all types of bulk materials, from the finest powders to larger grains.

The all-layer sampler with open inner tube is the ideal sampler for taking all-layer or mixed samples from all types of bulk materials, from the finest powders to larger grains.
This zone sampler ensures representative sampling through all layers or zones of the sample material.

Obtaining a homogeneous and representative all-layer composite sample from heterogeneous material is critical, especially when the composition varies within the bin, silo or pile. The all-layer zone sampler ensures that the sample taken reflects the overall composition of the material, which is essential for analysis and quality control.

The lances can be used both vertically and horizontally, making it a very versatile sampler for different types of containers.

The open inner tube with no separate chambers allows sampling across the entire volume of the sampler, providing a generous collection volume for more detailed analysis of bulk materials.

The design with minimal gap between the inner and outer tube reduces the risk of contamination and increases sampling accuracy. The removable tip also facilitates cleaning to effectively prevent cross-contamination between different samples.

Thanks to its robust design, the all-layer sampler promises a long service life, even with regular use. The high quality workmanship ensures reliability and precision with every sampling.

Constructed of 316L (1.4404) stainless steel, the all-layer sampler offers excellent chemical resistance and is resistant to a wide range of chemicals and cleaning agents.

The smooth surface of the stainless steel facilitates hygiene, cleaning and disinfection. The collector is easily autoclaved and flame sterilized, minimizing the risk of sample contamination.

Stainless steel is corrosion resistant, making it ideal for use in humid or aggressive environments such as those found in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

The sampler is extremely robust, even with intensive use or abrasive particles.

Features

• Collects a homogeneous and representative mixed sample from multiple layers
• Collects a generous sample volume for comprehensive analysis
• Versatile for a wide range of bulk materials
• Robust and durable due to high quality workmanship
• Ideal for use in sensitive and aggressive environments
• Excellent chemical resistance

Applications

The all-layer sampler is widely used in various industries where it is important to take representative samples from different layers or areas of a material.

This is particularly important in quality control and quality management in industry, especially in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and building materials industries, to verify compliance with quality standards. In research and development to analyze the composition, properties, or impurities of a material. In raw material extraction and processing to assess the quality and composition of a material.

A representative sample is essential for accurate test results.

• Turn the handle of the all-layer sampler clockwise, it is now closed and can be pierced into the powder/granulate.
• At the desired depth, turn the handle of the collector counterclockwise, the collection chambers are opened and filled with sample.
• By turning the handle clockwise again, the collector is closed again and can be removed from the powder/granulate.
• Turn the all-layer collector upside down and empty the all-layer sample through the open inner tube into a suitable collecting vessel.
