Blue disposable powder funnel PS, Ø100mm, sterile

Blue disposable powder funnel PS, Ø100mm, sterile, Part number 5378-6007-BK, Buy now form Bürkle at Dawnscientific

The blue disposable powder funnel made of polystyrene is produced in clean room class 7 (10,000), individually packaged for disposable use and then sterilized.

The shade of blue that is used does not occur in a natural form in foodstuffs. Because of this, blue products or parts of them can be quickly found and easily identified in a visual check if they are ever mixed into production.

The use of blue tools thus helps to meet the requirements of the HACCP hazard analysis and assessment in reference to foreign objects. This is an important criterion, especially in food processing and production and in the animal feed and pharmaceutical industry.

The disposable powder funnel has a short, wide discharge and is suitable for transferring powdered samples and materials, granulates and suspensions as well as other liquids.

The wide opening of the disposable powder funnel prevents the powder or granulates from clogging while dispensing. That makes this practical and hygienic pouring aid a helpful accessory for sampling or in laboratories.

In combination with a filter paper the disposable funnel is also well suited for filtering.
