The Pump-it® canister pump is ideal for the regular removal of small quantities of liquid from canisters and similar containers up to approx. 60 liters (15.85 gal.). The acid-proof pump seals the filling container airtight and enables precise dosing.

The Pump-it^® canister pump is ideal for frequently transferring small quantities of liquid from canisters and similar containers up to approximately 60 liters (15.85 gal.).  Safe filling and emptying of canisters, carboys and small drums is also quick and easy.
The acid-proof canister pump seals the container airtight, allowing the pump to remain on the container and be quickly available for filling at any time.
Repeated actuation of the hand piston creates excess pressure in the container. By opening the stopcock, the fluid is discharged from the pump. When the stopcock is released, the pulsation-free jet of liquid stops immediately, without run-on. This allows for precise dosing. By reopening the stopcock, filling can continue immediately without a renewed pressure build-up.
The delivery tube is continuously adjustable from 550 to 1000 mm (21.65 to 39.37 in.) for complete emptying of the container; for smaller containers the tube can be shortened.
The lightweight and compact canister pump is suitable for weak acids, alkalis and petrochemicals.

Applications

The Pump-it^® canister pump is used wherever small quantities of acids, alkalis or petrochemical liquids have to be filled or decanted every day, e.g. in laboratories, pharmacies, in the chemical sector or in industry.

• Insert the telescoping delivery tube into the canister pump and fully extend.
• Screw the canister pump onto the container thread (Ø 64 mm (2.52 in.)), if necessary use a suitable thread adapter (see accessories).
• Actuate the hand piston and build up pressure.
• To fill, open the drain valve (press lever down) and fill liquid.
• Release the lever to stop filling.
