Cellular polyester urethane foam biopsy pads are used to hold biopsies in place and prevent them from being lost during processing. Biopsy samples are sandwiched between two foam pads and are placed in tissue capsules or cassettes with metal or plastic lids. Each pad is 2 mm thick. Will resist temperatures from -40 DEGto 100 DEG C.
