These disposable plastic cassettes are specially designed to hold biopsy specimens during the embedding process, as well as in storage. Molded from high-density acetal polymer, these cassettes keep specimens safely submerged in liquid and are totally resistant to the chemical action of histological solvents. Flow-through slots maximize fluid exchange and ensure proper drainage. One-piece integral lid locks into the base of the cassette. Large labeling areas on three sides of the cassette for sample identification. Anterior writing area is at a 30° angle.
